T: Hello, everyone! Today we will come to Unit 4, Astronomy. Before that I have a question: where do we come from? Or we can say: Who are our ancestors?

T: Very good! Do you know what it was like before life appeared on earth?
S4: Full of water…
Bs: I don’t know.
T: Do you want to get more information?
Ss: Yes, we do.
T: Today we will learn something about how life began on earth.there
Are many fairy tales in the world telling about how life began on earth.let’look some pictures to learn about these tales.
(1)Pangu separates the sky from the earth
(2)The Goddess Nuwa mended the heaven and created human beings from the clay(粘土).
(3) God created the world in seven days
These just the tales not the truth ,there is a video that show how the earth and the life began. Now let’s appreciate the video。Watching carefully and then answer what have you seen from the video？
