1．教材的地位与作用：Unit 12 What’s the best radio station? 这单元是在uint 6 I’m more outgoing than my sister.学习了形容词比较级的基础上进一步学习最高级.通过复习和学习一些名词和形容词，练习最高级,让学生在完成任务的过程中,运用所学知识进行英语交流,培养运用英语解决实际问题的能力. This lesson is the first one of Unit 12.So if the Ss can learn it well, it will be helpful to make the Ss learn the rest of this unit.
2．教学目标：
(1).知识与能力:Master the important words like radio station, comfortable, seat, screen,theater,cinema,worse,worst…..
本课主要句型：What’s the best …?It has the friendliest service./the best quality/the most comfortable seat.It is the closest to home….
语法:形容词最高级及构成(规则和不规则good ,better ,best, bad , worse , worst)
(2). 过程与方法.:To develop the Ss' abilities of listening, speaking, reading and writing. To train the Ss' ability of working in pairs.
让学生在对比中运用比较级过度到最高级,培养学生学习英语的兴趣和应用英语实际交流的能力，进而提高学生听、说、读、写等能力。
(3) 情感态度价值观:通过对学校及家乡的各种娱乐设施作比较，引导学生love school,love hometown ,love country.
