学情分析
我们职校学生英语基础差,英语口头表达更差。对于用英语完整表达自己想法,学生们有很大的困难。课堂教学应尽量激发学生英语学习兴趣,培养学生积极思维,勇于开口的英语学习习惯,引导,启发学生用英语思维,自如地进行自我介绍。

本节课特色与创新之处
结合教材实用,新颖的特点,创造语言环境,让学生在模拟的环境下进行听,说,读训练。激发学生学习兴趣、培养信心,以最简捷,最有效的方法获得最必要的知识。在教学过程中,适时地运用目标激励的作用,调动学生学习积极性,对于每达到一个小目标时,就给以肯定予以精神鼓励,培养他们学习英语的自信心。

本节课与学生所学专业实际的结合程度


采用直观教学,情景教学,充分体现教师主导,学生主体的教学原则。在课堂上应用多媒体手段,选用适合本课教学内容的录音等直观教学材料,让学生直观地看,直接地接受课堂教学内容,先模仿,后练习,锻炼学生听与说的能力,让学生在模拟的场景下进行反复操练,鼓励学生开口练习英语,为日后的工作打下扎实的基础。

To know the main parts in job application (advertisements for a job, resume, job interview). Students know how to deal with a job interview.
To know the factors that an interview may interest.
To arouse students’ interest of studying English and develop students’ good habit of active study in English. Show students’ ability of oral communication.

Students name some of the advertisements that they are familiar with.
II. Presentation

Students read the advertisement for a job. Students tell the qualification that the candidates need.
2. Listening
students prepar some questions that an interviewer may ask
Listen to the recording of the interwiew with the first candidate.
(1) matchintg exercise
(2) questions and answers (quick respense)
III. Practice
(1) A film clip (students imitate after the film)
(2) Students read the CV of the second candidate, prepare questions and answers (pair work)
(3) File work between two students. Student try to find some information about the 3rd and 4th candidate by asking questions.
IV. Summary
1.To sum up the detailed information about the 4 candidates.
2. Choose a best one from the 4.
3. Students tell the information that an interview needs.
