PRESENTATION:
Today we will begin our study with learning the new words of lesson 2. Now, please turn to page11. Class, please read the new words in chorus.
TEACHING:
Step 1 Pronunciation. Read new words and expressions after the teacher. Pay attention to the pronunciation.
Step 2 Word study.
Step 3 Word usage. The students make sentences with the new words given and the teacher checks the sentences and helps them to make some corrections.
Step4 Text learning.
1. Ask students to skim the text as fast as they can. Try to get the main idea of the text.
