Step 2 Presentation
1.Show a beautiful picture of Potala Palace.
T: Could you guess where it is?
Ss:It’s in Tibet.
T: Right.
2.Talk about Tibet and West Lake and present the new words “above, tale”.
T: Could you tell me something about Tibet?
S1:It’s a wonderful place which lies in the wouthwest of China.
S2:It’s a part of the Qinghai-Tibet Plateau which is more than 4,000 meters above sea level.
