Step 1 Warm up
Try to learn the students by using the following sentences:

(设计意图:因为是借班上课,不熟悉学生。又加上Unit 8 F部分是描述面具的五官,学生对五官的内容有些遗忘,所以我用上面的句型,目的是复习已有知识并认识同学,起到一个热身的作用。)
Step 2 Revision
2. 出示一张野营图片,问学生图上的孩子们有什么(使用电子白板中聚光灯的作用)。
3. 复习单词have/has的用法,并做一个练习来检验(powerpoint上的)。
(设计意图:野营图片是H部分的相关图片,通过与学生的谈论来复习单词pot, tent, coat, fruit和句型What do they have?/What does he have?及其答语。其次和学生讨论练习have/has,主要是复习语法重点have/has。)
Step 3 Make a plan
和学生谈论野营计划,确定时间、地点、交通工具和野营活动。因此下列的步骤是根据学生的回答来随机确定教学步骤,如:学生如果回答唱歌,就跳到Step 4。如果学生回答吃零食,就跳到Step 5。如果学生回答玩,就问学生玩什么,引导到toys,这样就可以跳到Step 6。如果学生回答做面具,就跳到Step 7.
Step 4 Sing a song
Tell the students ‘I have written a camping song for you. Please sing with the song by watching the video.’
Step 5 Listen and repeat.
1. Let the students find out the letter I is pronounced /i/.
Tell the students: I have some fish and some milk for the camping trip. They are a little cold because I put them in the fridge yesterday. The words milk, fish, in, fridge have the same letter I. What is the letter i pronounced here?

3. Let the students use those words to make sentences.
4. Let the students read some new words.
5. Teach the words thin, fat and elephant.
Step 6 Read the passage
1. Let the students watch the video and answer the question:
How many kinds of toys are there? What are they?
2. Let the students read the passage and find out the toys’ owners and feature. Let the students fill in the blanks.
3. Let the students read the passage together.
4. Let the students retell the story.
5. Let the students write a short passage about their toys.
Step 7 Make a mask
1. Show the students a mask and describe the mask with the studens.
2. Show the students how to make a mask.
3. Review the steps.
Step 8 Say the plan
Say the plan with the students together.
Step 9 Tell the students
Ask the students to protect the nature.
Homework
1.Sing the song with your friends.
2. Make a mask after class and describe(描述) it to your friends.
3.Write a passage about your toy.
