Step 2. Presentation
Talk about what animal is in danger, talk about how to protect them. Choose one of t hem to say about the animals he chooses. Ask and answer questions about his passage. Help him to collect more information about the animals. Get all the students to say more about the animal in class. Help them to write what they said on their exercise books. Share it with all the students.
Step 3. Listening and reading
Listen to the tape of the passage, then choose the main idea and try to match them.

Listen to the tape for the second time, and answer the following questions:

Get them to say and repeat it. Then ask the next student to show his ideas. Share his main idea with the class and talk about them.
Step 4. Practice
1. Complete the sentences. (Activity 5)
Get the students to finish it by themselves. Check their answers and talk about them. Try to teach the students how to finish this kind of exercise.
2. Work in pairs. Ask and answer questions about a kind of animal. (Activity 6)
Get the students to share their information, and then try to put them into sentences in English.

1. Write about a kind of animal. Choose one animal in danger such as a bear, camel, elephant, lion, tiger, turtle, snake or whale.
In the passage try to answer the following questions and write a passage about it.

Step 1. Revision
Check the homework.
Revise the words and expression in Unit 1 and Unit 2.
Get the students to say something about animals they know and tell the class how they are in danger and what we should do to save them.
Share his idea and talk about it, try to share all the information with the class and make a interview.
Let the students write it down on the exercise books.
Talk with the students in their group.
Step2. Revise the use of the infinitive
1. Get the students to master the main skills.

2. Finish the sentences in Activity 1.

Get the students to talk about their answers in groups, then share the answers in the class. Check them and get the students to know how to finish this kind of exercise.

4. Oral work
Work in groups. Try to say more sentences using the infinitive (Activity 7).
Encourage all the students to stand and tell his sentences to the class and get them to write all these sentences down in the exercise books.
If possible, choose one or two groups to make a dialogue using this kind of style.
Get the students to share their ideas.
Step 3. Practice
First finish off the conversation in Activity 2.
Encourage all the students to finish it by themselves and then talk about the answers in groups. Talk about their answers. Listen to the tape to check the answers. Work in pairs to act out the conversation. Talk about the conversation and get the students to make a new kind of dialogue.
Step 4. Practice
Listen to the tape and answer the question in Activity 8.
Tell the students how to pay more attention to listening training and tell them what we should do / what we need to prepare for the skill.
Get the main idea of the passage, and do all the exercises to get ready for the listening training.

To help the students to get the main idea of the passage, let them try to read all the questions first.
To know what they should get from the passage and then try to say the main idea with the other students.
Check the answers and find out who is the first to finish it correctly.

Talk about animals in danger, choose one of them, try to say something about it to class. Write it down. Do some more exercises.
