EEC小学英语全英文说课稿 What did Sandy do after school |
Hello. Everyone .My name is .I’m from primary school .Today I’m going to talk about”Let’s have fun 2” of Lesson 4,EEC Primary English , Book 5. I will use five steps to introduce my content。
▲The first step is analyzing teaching material
“Let’s have fun 2”is a dialogue. . the topic is “What did Sandy do after school?” By learning this lesson, students can grasp the past tense .
In this lesson, the knowledge objects is to remember the new words (already , borrowed , wash. ) and the sentence pattern: (Billy came home already. I went to the library and borrowed some books . Go wash your hands.)
next one , the ability objects . Ask the Ss to make up a similar dialogue, and improve the four skills.
The moral objects .Let the students to interest in learning English , and guide students to plan their leisure time.
In this class, the teaching important points are the new words and the sentence pattern.
Another one about teaching difficult points is past tense .
I’ll use CAI (Computer-Assisted Instruction) and radio to teach this lesson.
▲The second step is to talk about the teaching methods
I’ll choose task-based learning. Because TBLT can stimulate Ss’ initiative in learning and develop their ability in language application.
▲The third step is to talk about the study methods .In this class I ‘ll teach Ss how to develop the reading skill — skim & scan; how to communicate with others; how to learn new words . Help them to improve .
▲The fourth step is teaching procedures
Number 1,(Revision) I’ll use 3min
I design a activity to free talk between T and Ss about“What day is it today ?”“Today is Wednesday .”“What did you do on Tuesday / Monday ? ”“I went to the library./ I played the piano.”....
Purpose :This step is to form a better situation for the students by speaking.They will come into the real surrounding of English learning,And it can also review the learnt knowledge for the next step.
Number 2(Presentation) I’ll use 5min
I’ll show what did I do on Saturday .Eg: I went to the bookshop on Saturday. “What about you ? What did you do on Saturday ?”Through these sentences ,to understand “past tense ”Then after the ring bell. I will show them some pictures about“after school”and practice the sentence “What did A do after school,What did B do after school ?”Purpose: This step is not to present the new words one by one, just with the help of the CAI and the pictures, it can provide a real situation to understand the meaning of the words
Number 3(Dialogue)I’l1 use 16min
In this part , I’ll design some activities about fast reading \2nd listening, and careful reading .
Before fast reading ,I will ask them a question about “What did Sandy do after school ?”
And after careful reading . We will talk about the things they did .
Purpose :To check the knowledge Ss have learned in this period. Develop their reading skills: skim & scan. Pay attention to the pronunciation, stress & intonation.
Number 4 (Practice) 10min
In this part ,I will design some activities about Retell and acting out .
Let the students to use their own words to retell the dialogue in the 3rd person..and act the dialogue with their partners .
Purpose: This part is very important of the lesson. The Ss’ abilities of speaking and communication will be well trained. They can say loudly and freely .
Number 5 (Consolidation) 5min
I will design some activities about role play and group discussion
Purpose :During this part ,the Ss can think and say by themselves,they will be glad to use the knowledge they have learnt,and their creative power will be well trained.
Number 6 (Homework),the last part of this lesson .I’ll use 1min
I’ll let the students to collect their classmates’ answers and form a report about the things they did after school yesterday .
Purpose: Revision is so important that Ss should speak English as much as they as in class or after class. It is necessary for the Ss to do some extensive exercises after class .
▲The fifth step is blackboard design
I design a form to show the things they did , then let the students to see clearly .
