TEACHING PLAN Materials: Lesson Three of Unit 3,Book 5 Teaching Time: 40 minutes Teaching aims: (教学目标): 1. 能初步运用形容词、副词的比较级描述事物和人物;并综合运用已学的知识和新知识进行交流。 2. 能听懂、正确模仿本文对话,能作角色朗读,并模仿课文主要语言进行交流 3. 培养学生的注意力和观察力,团队合作精神和坚持不懈精神,激发学习兴趣。。 4.语言要点有: Who is the winner, Hao Tian or Lu Li ? Hao Tian is shorter than Lu Li . Hao Tian jumps higher than Lu Li. 5. 词汇要求:能听懂单词race,first (1会) 能听、说、理解、认读 winner, than, or (3会) 能听、读、说、写shorter, higher,bigger, smaller, faster, higher, stronger, longer等形容词、副词的比较级(4会) Key points( 教学重、难点): 1.形容词和副词的比较级构成及用法; 2.单词 than的发音。 Teaching aids(教具准备): 多媒体课件;“兔、龟”图片各一张;单词卡;可比较大小,长短等的物品若干 Teaching course(教学过程): Step 1 Warm-up & Revision ( 8m ) 1. Sing a song. (学生通过唱英语歌曲Friend集中注意力,并借助歌词复习形容词big, old, tall等词) 2. 故事引入:The Rabbit and the Tortoise(老师手拿兔子、乌龟剪卡进行角色扮演“龟兔赛跑”,把学生带入熟悉的语景中,领悟新词race,first,winner等,最后把学生分成rabbit组和 tortoise组,提出竞赛目标要求)。 T/RABBIT(singing): Wow!
