一、教学设计理念
目前是，儿童英语教育成为我国外语教育的热点。自从一、二年级开设英语课程后，英语老师对小学英语教育方向探讨得更为热切。儿童时期掌握一门语言技能，大多是通过听说来完成的。当听说信息获得一定量的积累时，儿童就能自然地用语言表达出自己的想法。结合传统的英语教学法，融入符合儿童语言学习规律的“TPR”教学法，使得儿童英语学习技能得以发展和提高。
二、教学内容分析
本教学设计内容是Kid’s English儿童英语二年级下册Lesson 7 A big dinner A rhyme。这一课时要求学生能听懂并会说唱歌谣Dinner time。
三、教学对象分析：
本课内容授课对象是二年级学生，大部分学生对英语的学习兴趣较为浓厚，通过两年较系统的英语学习，大部分学生的英语运用技能有了很大的提高；但还有少部分学生由于基础知识的不牢固，对学习失去信心，学起英语来感到吃力。因此教师在备课时不仅要备教材，还要备学生；在教学的过程中多给予他们鼓励与指导，帮助他们树立学好英语的信心。
四、教学目标
1．能力目标
（1）能够听、说词汇dinner time, salads, eggs, wash。
（2）能够理解并会说唱本课歌谣。
2、情感、策略目标
培养学生有一个良好的饮食与卫生习惯。
五、教学重点、难点
1．重点是歌谣Dinner time。
2．难点是歌谣中句子Wash your hands before you eat。
六、教学媒体和教学手段
以Power Point程序制作教学软件辅助教学，设置真实有效的情景引入歌谣，通过多种形式的活动和游戏进行练习，使学生听、说技能的发展得到提高。在教学过程中，我采用了情景教学法、活动教学法、任务型教学法等教学手段，让学生在真实情景中体验语言，在活动中感知新的语言，在理解语言的基础上操练语言。
七、教学过程
1．课前准备
(1)设置canteen场所。
(2)学生自带评价用的食物图片：salads, eggs, fish, meat。
教学过程：
一、 Warm up
1.Let’s sing a song: “Picking apples”.
2.Greeting
T: How are you? S: I’m fine ,thank you
T: How old are you? S: I’m 6/8/7
T:Where are you going? S :To the park/zoo/ farm
T:What would you like? S :I’d like apples/mangos/…
二、Presentation and practice
1. Show the clock.T:What time is it? S :It’s 7 .
T: Is it time for lunch? S:No.
T:It’s dinner time .(板书Dinner time)
2.Learn the rhyme“Dinner time”
1)Listen to the tape first.
2)Read after the teacher and do the action
3)Listen to the tape and read the rhyme together(three times)
5)Let’s act the rhyme team by team.
6)Ask some students to read the rhyme.
Homework
1. Listen to the tape (P13-37) for 15 minutes
2. Read the rhyme and sing the song(P13-37) to your parents
