Persistence is the key to success, both for a single person and an organization, the lack of which means a failure in reaching a goal.
Success seldom comes easily on the first attempt. What success from failure is persistence. Successful people also will fail from time to time, but they don’t let their failures defeat their spirits. Successful people learn from defeats, revise their streaky as needed and try again and again until they succeed. Unsuccessful people try to do something once or twice. When it fails, they give up, and they learn nothing from their own experiences.
Successful people will learn from the failures and make necessary adjustments in time, and make efforts again. If a person is persistent, he will almost inevitably be successful. Otherwise, he is doomed to be a failure.
