Step 1 Greeting
Make a greeting to the whole class.
Step 2  Present the learning targets to the class.

3.We’ll practise some reading skills.
 
Step 3 Lead-in
1.       Introduce a girl student called Chen Hui to the whole class through a video, and answer two questions.
 (1). Where is she from? (2). What is she talking about?

2.        Show the picture of Li Kang, a Senior High school student, ask students two questions, and then ask the students to read the first paragraph to find out the answers on their textbook.

3.       Introduce the learning objectives.
(1) We’ll learn some words about school life.
