STAMP COLLECTING

Stamp collecting, also known as Philately, is popular all over the world.

I am an amateur collector. In my memory, when I was in junior high school, I began to collect stamps. At that time, I didn’t have enough money to buy rare and valuable stamps, so at the beginning I hardly spent any money on my collection many great collections were started by saving used stamps.

As a beginner, I was particularly interested in commemoratives, special issues and foreign stamps. But as a matter of the fact, it is very difficult to get them .As the collection grows, I like to add to it by buying stamps. However, many fascinating stamps are available for a small price. In order to buy the stamps that I have yearned for a long time, I had rather not buy sock to save money. By now, I have had 152 stamps in all. Though for these stamps, I have spend much money, sacrificed a lot of spare time and expended so much energy. On the other hand, I have got lots of happiness during the collecting.
