Everyone wants to be healthy. But nowadays, the working pressures make people weaker and weaker. If we want to be healthy, I think we should eat five kinds of foods like honey, ginger, peanut, jujube and garlic.
Every morning a spoon of honey, five organs, analgesics detoxification, eat to prevent sclerosis. Keep on eating them can prolong your life. Eat some piece of ginger to breakfast everyday can promote blood circulation and help digest. Peanut contains a variety of amino acid that human need, keep on eating it can enhance your memory, control blood pressure. Jujubes have rich nutrition, contain more sugar, vitamins than others. Garlic has a strong bactericidal and antibacterial activity.
So I think if we keep on eating them for a long time, we could be much healthier.
