★学习目标★
1.语言知识目标:
A.重点词汇:a.交通工具:subway. train. bicycle. car.boat. plane .ship等。
b.其它: hey. take .by. walk. get to.
c.短语:take the subway, take the train, ride one’s bicycle\bike\motorbike. by bus 等。
B.学习谈论交通句型:
a.-How do you get to school ? - I take the bus . / I get to school by bus .及其第三人称单数的句型-How does he\she get to school?-He\She walks to school.
b.-How do they get to school?-They take the train.
c. -How long does it take?-It takes about 40 minutes.
2.能力目标:
听:能听懂与谈论出行方式的相关听力材料,能抓住听力材料中人物所乘坐的交通工具及到某地所花的时间,提高从听力中获取有用信息的水平。
说:能根据图像内容和情景,利用目标语言进行对话,跟别人交流自己上学的交通方式。
读:能阅读描述如何到达学校的简短对话。
写:能简单描述他人如何到达学校。
3.情感态度目标:
因为本单元的内容与学生的实际生活密切相关,因此,通过对本课的学习着重培养学生对英语的兴趣和积极向上的学习态度,并养成按时到校的习惯和培养自觉遵守交通规则的意识。
★重点难点★
重点:目标语言和新词汇、短语的学习。
1. 学习有关交通词汇bicycle, subway ,car, bus, train , taxi,get to,以及乘坐交通工具的英语短语take the bus和by bus两种表达法。
2.学习句型:How do you get to school? I take the bus. How does Bob get to school ? He gets to school by bus.(让学生注意:人称的变化会引起动词的变化)
难点:
1.学生熟练运用How do you get to school? I take the …表达传递信息。
2. 学生熟练运用和区别take和by表示交通方式,及第三人称单数动词的变化。
3.在听力中准确抓住交通方式的表达和所需时间多少(基数词)的表达。
★课前准备★

【预习范围】Unit 4 Section A (19页-20页)
【预习目标】
1.熟练记忆新词和短语。2. 初步理解对话、短文大意。3.感知理解新语法。
【预习过程】
1、阅读课本19至20页,在文中划出、翻译出并正确读出下列新词汇subway. train. forty. fifty. sixty. seventy. eighty、ninety、hundred、minute. take. by bus. how far. kilometre.
2、列举你知道的交通方式完成课本1a部分。(The more,the better.越多越好。)
3、完成并正确朗读课本2a2b部分。

1、诊断:通过询问上一单元的话题,来引出本单元本课话题——交通方式。
2、导入:交通方式的两种表达。
