单元分析:
本单元呈现了一个故事,要求学生理解并复述、表演故事,教育学生不要轻易相信坏人。同时要求学生能模仿句型“These horns are too big.”描述事物的特征。
学情分析:
本单元的故事教学在这套书中是第一次出现,对学生来说很有新鲜感但难度也不小。故事中有较多的动词过多式,会影响学生读故事,需加大对这些单词的练习力度。

Teacher’s notes:
本单元的故事教学,我围绕故事学单词,并带领学生理解、读、复述、表演故事,学生的学习积极性较之别的单元要高。在第一课时,我利用“狮子”、 “公牛”
的图片绘声绘色地给学生讲故事,帮助学生大致了解本单元的主要内容。然后利用图片学习本单元B部分单词,同时将单词的学习融入句子之中,解决了“These horns are too big.”/“Rub your horns against that tree.”故事中的两个难点句子。通过两看故事短片,在学生对故事有进一步的了解之后,要求学生完成C部分的问答题。第二课时,教学的重点工作是读、复述与表演故事。故事中,“狮子”与“公牛”的对话学生接受较快,但引语部分的句子对很多学生有难度。在故事表演环节,我要求学生以小组为单位,各尽其能,学生参与度大。第三课时,主要解决了课文D、E、F部分,但F部分的内容对学生来说难度太大。完成本单元教学,我觉得较为满意,故事的表演,调动了每一个学生来参与活动,取得了较好的教学效果。
