Good morning, everyone. I’m …, coming from …. It’s my great pleasure to be here. Today I’d like to talk about the unit task which is the fourth period of Unit 6 Would you like to order. I will present my lesson from the following six parts: analysis of the students, analysis of the teaching material, teaching objectives, teaching strategies, teaching procedures and teaching reflection. 
1. Analysis of the Students
Let’s begin with the analysis of the students. These are the students majoring in hotel management. They are outgoing, active and creative. They have experienced a practice in Huatian Hotel. They have mastered the useful expressions about ordering food well in the last three periods. And they can operate computer.
2. Analysis of the Teaching Material
Then let’s move on to the analysis of the teaching material. It is the sixth unit of Module 1. The topic of this unit is about ordering food which is closely related to the major of the students. So this unit is very important. In order to make students apply what they have learnt, I designed this unit task. The important points of this lesson are to order food smoothly by using the expressions learnt in this unit while the difficult points are to enable students to act the task out. 
3. Teaching Objectives
  Based on the analysis of students and the teaching material, I set up three objectives。
Knowledge objectives:
  The students should master the useful expressions about ordering food in restaurants.
Ability objectives:
  Students are able to design a menu, make PPT to advertise their restaurant, choose a suitable restaurant and order food smoothly.
Emotional objectives:
Improve the students’ team spirit and form their professional quality.
4. Teaching strategies  
The vocational school students are not interested in study. In order to improve this situation, I simulate real-life situation and working situation in this lesson. Based on the Flipped Class Model, I take the following teaching methods: Task-Based
